Sadhu board workshop: standing on nails
Would you dare to stand on nails? Although at first glance it may seem like an extreme practice, I assure you that the experience of Sadhu boards is incredibly transformative. I’ve had the opportunity to dive deep into this practice, and I want to share with you all the benefits I’ve experienced firsthand.
What is the Sadhu board practice?
The Sadhu board practice consists of standing on nails. Yes, you read that right! While at first it might seem like a huge physical and mental challenge, you quickly discover that this exercise has a unique power to stimulate the energetic points in the soles of your feet, generating a positive impact on both body and mind. For me, it has opened the door to a deeper level of self-awareness and personal growth.
Benefits of Sadhu boards
- Improves physical and energetic health: When standing on the nails, the points in the soles of the feet, connected to various organs and systems in the body, are stimulated, promoting blood circulation and energy flow.
- Deep relaxation: Despite what you might think, the mental aspect of this practice has helped me reach a state of total relaxation. By focusing solely on the sensation and the present moment, I release physical and emotional tension, achieving a deep sense of peace.
- Overcoming fears and barriers: Facing the initial pain and mental challenge of standing on the nails allows you to develop an incredible capacity for self-control and resilience.
- Increased concentration and awareness: Regular practice not only improves your concentration skills but also elevates your awareness, helping you become more present and connected to your body and emotions.

A journey to self-discovery
Sadhu boards are not just a physical practice; they are also a profound journey towards self-discovery. Through this experience, you’ll learn to observe and manage your emotions, overcome thresholds of pain, and cultivate an inner strength that will help you face challenges with a new perspective.
Personally, the Sadhu practice has made me experience self-control, pushing past the limits of pain and transforming it into a source of inner strength and growth.
If you’re curious or would like to experience this transformation firsthand, stay tuned for the next dates! Don’t miss the chance to try this unique practice that will allow you to overcome your limitations and reconnect with yourself.💪👍
